Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the Las Vegas Distribution Center to inspect, monitor and maintain facility systems, equipment and grounds. You will work with service providers and asset managers to ensure reliable building performance, safety, and compliance.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent with technical training, 2–3 years of maintenance mechanic experience, and knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, with hands-on skill in tools and schematics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance practices for mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to operate hand/power tools safely.
• Ability to meet production standards and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized equipment, conveyors and HVAC.
• Assess and document repairs and adjustments.
• Complete repairs and upgrades to equipment and facilities as assigned.
• Perform custodial repairs and assist in event setup/teardown.
• Comply with safety policies and loss prevention rules.
• Maintain flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
