• Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely for service requests.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
