Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Irving, TX is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain two apartment communities totaling 251 units. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems, ensuring quick, professional service for residents.

The role requires 1+ year on-site maintenance experience, EPA Level II or Universal certification, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. On-call weekends and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer‑service environment.
• Weekends on occasion; on-call rotating for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Perform maintenance on stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
• Address ceiling leaks and related structural concerns.
