Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting/drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a passion for building relationships with residents and team members.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to use available resources to find solutions.
• Experience in industrial mechanics, home improvement, engineering, trade apprenticeships, or carpentry transfers well to this role.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents.
• Diagnose issues and complete minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed, including electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems.
• Maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance, service requests, make-ready status, and work in progress.
