Cargill is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Columbus, NE to support safe, reliable plant operations. You will perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to keep lines running efficiently.

You will use tools and CMMS to document work, follow safety procedures, and participate in required overtime shifts. This role contributes to food safety and equipment reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience or educational equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic precision tools to complete tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions, schematics, manuals, and safety procedures.
• Document completed work and equipment conditions using a CMMS.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
