Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to coordinate and perform maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and facilities at assigned retail stores and support sites. Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage maintenance work for stores and retail support sites.
• Use hand tools and read blueprints, manuals, and building codes.
• Inspect facilities and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Effectively use the CMMS system and report field issues to supervision.
• Complete work orders and PMs; document results and findings.
• Serve as an ambassador for Goodwill in the community.
