Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a Maintenance II to keep our facilities operating efficiently and perform preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, and systems. You will repair mechanical problems, install and service plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related equipment, and work with various power tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Ability to read task instructions including Lock-out/Tag-out.
• Own basic tools: socket set, wrenches, saw, drill, volt meter, level, tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical repairs at buildings including plumbing, lighting, HVAC.
• Check, install, and repair equipment such as feed systems, ventilation, generators.
• Repair wooden structures and electrical/plumbing fixtures; measure cut Plexiglas as needed.
• General routine maintenance on buildings; operate/maintain tools and equipment.
