Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or resort maintenance role is required.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a guest‑focused approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Carry out electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, and fixtures.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Maintain woodwork, doors, walls, flooring, and related surfaces.
• Operate and maintain pumps, heaters, and other equipment; document tasks.
• Keep logs and submit reports in a timely manner.
