Job summary

RealTruck is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repair on plant equipment, ensuring uninterrupted production and orderly tools and parts in work areas. You will repair assembly equipment, respond to repair requests, and help rebuild machines and heavy equipment while applying basic electrical, hydraulic, and welding skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Basic fluid power experience (pneumatic and hydraulic) is a plus.
• Proficient using hand and power tools.
• Basic welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing assembly equipment.
• Completing preventative maintenance.
• Responding to work requests regarding repairs around the facility.
• Creates special tools to assist with production.
• Rebuilds machines, tools and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.
