Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years general maintenance experience.
• 2+ commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• 2+ healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to document records neatly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems and diagnose system malfunctions.
• Coordinate and perform testing of electrical systems per code requirements.
• Respond to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily.
• Handle emergency calls and respond according to facility needs.
• Maintain complete maintenance records and logs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor work by outside contractors and ensure quality of results.
• Report hazards and needed repairs to facilities management promptly and accurately.
• Provide on-the-job skills training to colleagues and team members.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
