Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is hiring a Maintenance Specialist to lead reliability initiatives, optimize preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure continuous equipment availability on the manufacturing floor.

You will diagnose and fix production-line issues, maintain documentation, and implement improvements with a focus on safety and quality. Strong electrical/mechanical skills and PLC experience are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience minimum
  • 3 years of equipment reliability experience preferred
  • Mechanical/Electrical experience maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment
  • Experience with maintenance planning tools and ISO/documented environments
  • Experience with both preventative and predictive maintenance metrics and tools
  • Experience with PLCs, robotics, and computer-controlled systems

Responsibilities

  • Resolves day-to-day technical problems on production lines and ensures equipment complies with procedures and specs
  • Repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure reliable operation
  • Responds to emergencies to minimize disruptions
  • Maintains maintenance records for root-cause analysis
  • Develops diagrams, drawings, charts, and reports for reliability issues
  • Manages and analyzes OEE, failure codes, and asset hierarchy data
  • Provides training and implements continuous improvement in maintenance processes
  • Develops and optimizes preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Leads Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions
  • Ensures predictive maintenance technologies are applied on assets
  • Designs changes to maintenance plans based on data and best practices
  • Coordinates with manufacturers for testing and acceptance
  • Develops long-term continuous improvement plans to mitigate failures
  • Creates maintenance SOPs for task execution and minor repairs

What You ll Do for Us
  • Resolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines and ensures equipment and machinery compliance with production procedures and process specifications nbsp
  • Repairs and maintains production equipment machinery or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process nbsp specifications nbsp
  • responds to emergencies nbsp breakdowns nbsp malfunctions etc to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes nbsp
  • Maintains maintenance records so that recurring problems can be identified and addressed nbsp
  • Prepare diagrams drawings charts calculations and reports for defining reliability problems and recommending nbsp solutions nbsp
  • Reliability data management including Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE work order failure code analysis maintenance of the asset hierarchy bills of materials technical library etc nbsp
  • Advise provide training in and implement continuous improvement in t the company nbsp
  • Manage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs including systematically defining developing monitoring and refining the preventivepredictive maintenance process in pursuit of optimization nbsp
  • Facilitate Equipment Criticality strategy formulation and ranking sessions as well as c onduct ing nbsp Failure Modes and Effects Analysis FMEA nbsp
  • Ensure that Predictive Maintenance technologies eg oil analysis vibration analysis thermography ultrasonics online and offline motor testing etc are correctly applied on manufacturing nbsp assets nbsp
  • Develop and implement changes to equipment maintenance plans based on failure modes historical data reliability principles and best nbsp practices nbsp
  • Work with equipment manufacturers factory and site acceptance testing nbsp
  • Develop short and long-term continuous improvement plans to mitigate equipment nbsp failures nbsp
  • Design maintenance SOPs to enable employees to perform maintenance tasks and minor nbsp repairs nbsp
Qualification s amp Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree in nbsp Engineering ornbsp related field
  • 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience minimum
  • 3 years of equipment reliability experience nbsp preferred
  • MechanicalElectrical experience maintaining production equipment in a continuous production environment
  • Demonstrated Experience in Structure of a Maintenance Organization with implementation of Maintenance Planning tools
  • Demonstrated experience in an ISO or documented nbsp environment
  • Experience with performance management maintenance metrics for Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
  • Experience with Industrial Electrical Writing MechanicalElectrical Devices Circuits Robotics PLC and computer nbsp controlled
  • Experience with computer driven maintenance and planning software
  • Experience with analysis tools to improve equipment reliability
