Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician II for a Morrison, TN facility. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining and repairing production equipment, CNC machinery, and facility systems to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

The candidate will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, assist with CNC programming, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines.
• Experience supporting multiple machines in a manufacturing environment (20 machines preferred).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, hoses, pumps, and compressed air systems.
• Experience setting up and maintaining production machinery.
• Knowledge of CNC operation and basic CNC programming.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Forklift maintenance and inspection experience.
• Facility maintenance experience including basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Reliable work history with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on 20 production machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machines and related equipment.
• Set up and adjust machinery for production operations.
• Perform machine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Repair and replace hydraulic components, hoses, fittings, cylinders, and pumps.
• Maintain and troubleshoot air compressors and compressed air systems.
