Job summary

Sky Ranch is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to uphold maintenance, cleanliness, ambience, and beauty of the campsite. The role includes routine outdoor duties with focus on property care and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of maintenance experience, basic hand and power tool knowledge, and the ability to work independently while multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. High school diploma preferred, with physical ability for outdoor work and lifting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience.
• General knowledge related to the field of maintenance.
• Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools common to duties of this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting systems and general repair of buildings and structures.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of pools and capital assets inspections.
• Assist with cabin remodels, bunk beds, and other projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property through routine inspections.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment used in maintenance.
• Assist grounds keepers and fleet personnel as needed.
