Job summary

Sky Ranches Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the maintenance, cleanliness, ambiance, and beauty of the site. The role focuses on routine outdoor duties and keeping the property well maintained to create a welcoming environment for youth and families.

The position requires a High school diploma (preferred) and zero to two years in maintenance. Candidates should be able to work independently, follow safety policies, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Zero to two years of maintenance experience.
• General knowledge related to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to: General repair and maintenance of buildings and structures. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the Springs. Performing routine maintenance on capital assets, including scheduled inspections. Assist with bunkhouse remodels, building bunk beds, and other projects.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property by routine inspection for and removal of litter and trash, or other routine labor and maintenance duties.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in maintenance.
• Serve in a back-up role to the Groundskeeper position as needed due to seasonal requirements of both jobs.
• Willingness to be on-call in case of a maintenance emergency occurs after hours.
• Report unsafe conditions or work that create a safety issue to supervisor immediately.
