Qualifications

• Five years’ experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or other specialty skill areas.
• Demonstrated excellent skills and ability to work independently.
• Intermediate understanding of buildings and operation of building systems.
• Knowledge of safe operation of equipment and cleaning methods.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks.
• Committed to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance for the building and equipment.
• Operate and maintain swimming and hydrotherapy pools.
• Ensure safety and security of building and report incidents.
• Maintain product inventory listings and Material Safety Data Sheets.
