Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general maintenance, repair, overhaul, and construction duties.
• Constructs and repairs building elements and office furniture.
• Follows safety procedures and codes during work.
• Inspects and repairs Life Safety components (fire/smoke walls, doors, exits).
• Understands equipment operation and building systems; provides service with minimal supervision.
• Completes documentation in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
