Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician to keep our arcade games, bowling equipment, and center systems running smoothly. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.

As part of the maintenance team, you’ll disassemble/repair components, manage inventory, and assist with ordering supplies. flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset and ability to engage Guests.
• Teamwork is essential to deliver a fun, safe experience.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Willingness to learn multiple center systems and processes.
• Basic repair knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
• Comfort with ladders and working around equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance on games and equipment.
• Troubleshoot repairs on arcade games, tellers, and pins equipment.
• Disassemble/replace components like bearings, coils, wiring as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as required.
• Keep mechanic shop and center areas organized and clean.
• Provide friendly Guest interactions while upholding safety standards.
