Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking Milk Plant Maintenance Technicians in Denver, CO for a contractual role. Shift is mainly 3rd (10pm - 6:30am) with potential for 2nd shift and possible weekend work in a unionized facility.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with food manufacturing equipment, and basic PLC knowledge. Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and the ability to read prints are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Food manufacturing equipment experience is ideal.
• Familiarity with PLCs and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, tools, and production machines.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions by observing machinery in operation and consulting manuals.
• Dismantles devices, replaces parts, and uses hand/power tools to repair equipment.
• Documents downtime, maintenance forms, and work orders daily.
• Maintains safety and clean work environment; follows GMP and LOTO procedures.
