Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Odessa, TX distribution center. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical/electronic issues, and troubleshoot PLCs and motor drives in a fast-paced, automated environment.

Qualifications

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in electronic technology is preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on DC equipment (lift trucks, hydraulics, etc.).
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic problems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose problems with PLCs, motion controls, and I/O devices.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and communicate downtime to stakeholders.
• Support other maintenance technicians to keep equipment at peak efficiency.
