Job summary

Dollar Tree Distribution INC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our Rosenberg, TX facility. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and control systems, and help keep material handling equipment safe and productive.

This full-time role requires experience with PLCs, electrical systems, and a focus on quality and safety. Weekend/overtime flexibility is expected, with a 4th shift schedule (Fri–Sun, 6pm–6:30am) and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology plus 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment.
• Experience with PLC/PC programming and motor drives.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on conveyors and equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control systems, including PLCs and VFDs.
• Diagnose electrical problems using blueprints and schematics.
• Complete work orders and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote safe work practices.
• Collaborate with other technicians to minimize downtime.
