Shift Details: 2nd Shift-2:30PM-11:30PM

Hourly Pay Range: $25.50-29.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential

Job Summary:

This position will provide multi-skilled maintenance and electrical support while focusing on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity in a TPM and CI environment. Will work on preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance calls.

Responsibilities:

• Understands all safety rules and precautions necessary for working in a Manufacturing environment.


• Maintain, troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble pneumatic valves.


• Trouble shoot electrical equipment and systems.


• Maintain and troubleshoot basic motor branch circuits.


• Restoring equipment to operating condition quickly and efficiently.


• Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.


• Maintains continuous improvement efforts in work area.

Qualifications

• Understand basic functions of PLC drives and controls.


• Preventative Maintenance experience.


• Demonstrates use of electrical test equipment.


• 2-5 Years of Industrial Maintenance experience.


• Completion of Industrial Maintenance program within the last 18months.


• Dependability and punctuality.


• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.


• Must perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods.


• Possess communication, teamwork, problem solving, and leadership skills.


• Willing to work in hot and cold environments.


• Willing to work overtime when needed.


• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
