Mandel is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician I or II to join our team at The West Living & SoNa Lofts Residences in West Allis, Milwaukee, WI.

In this role, you will maintain property buildings and grounds, diagnose work requests, and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior, and appliance areas.

Primary Duties

• Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.)
• Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management upon completion or pending needs
• Participate in on-call rotation, including some weekends and nights
• Maintain amenity areas, safety equipment, and records
• Assist with preventative maintenance (pool, lighting, filter changes, inspections)
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units efficiently
• Groundskeeping duties such as trash removal and cleaning

Requirements

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience
• Availability for on-call schedule as needed

Preferred Skills/Certifications

• EPA Universal (Type 1 or 2)
• CPO certification
• 1-3 years maintenance/HVAC experience
