Airswift has been tasked to fill a Maintenance Technician II role in Warminster, Pennsylvania on a one-year W2 contract. The incumbent will perform maintenance on blending and packaging equipment, valves, pumps, and related systems.

The position emphasizes safe, efficient operation, adherence to HSSE standards, and the ability to perform tasks from fabrication to pipefitting. Training on various shifts is available.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Willing to work day shift 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm with training on other shifts.
  • Familiar with CMMS such as Ultimo or SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain production equipment including blending and packaging systems.
  • Keep areas clean, organized, and safe to operate.
  • Review and complete work orders, PMs, and repairs promptly.
  • Provide troubleshooting to resolve technical issues on plant equipment.
  • Assist with inventory and BOM planning for parts and materials.
  • Participate in CoW risk assessments and permit processes as required.

Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to find a Maintenance Technician II to work for initially One-Year contract in Warminster, Pennsylvania.
  • Work Schedule: 5/40 Job Type: W2 contract (One Year with possibility for extension) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 3% matching 401k
Job Summary

Responsible for performing maintenance work on production machinery associated with blending and packaging lubricants.

Role Synopsis

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the Warminster plant’s assets with the goals of achieving and continuously improving upon quality, customer service, and superior HSSE (No accidents, No Harm to People, No damage to the Environment).

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain all plant equipment such as blending and packaging equipment, valves, pumps, conveyors, hot oil and steam systems.
  • Maintain equipment, materials, and work areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and organized.
  • Perform manual labor tasks in a skilfull, controlled, safe and professional manner to accomplish job duties including lifting, pushing, pulling and climbing.
  • Review, initiate and complete work orders, preventative maintenance, corrective work, and predictive maintenance assignments in a timely manner.
  • Provide advance trouble shooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Assess projects and develop a bill of materials for parts and equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining an adequate inventory of replacement parts and shop materials to ensure the proper operation of production equipment.
  • Take action to identify and prevent problems related to HSSE, Quality and recommend actions towards continuous improvement solutions to improve processes.
  • Perform work in skilled areas of fabrication, assembly, welding, cutting and pipefitting.
  • Participate in Control of Work (CoW) risk assessments
  • Execute and complete CoW permits per Performing Authority (PA) requirements once appointed.
  • Execute and complete energy isolations per Isolation Authority (ISA) requirements once appointed.
  • Execute and work within a shared leadership team environment while following all applicable standards; <some partner>5562
  • Complete Safety Observation Conversations (SoC) and Quality Observation Conversations (QoC) as required per site policy.
Essential education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Desirable Experience
  • Willing to work day shift hours 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, but train on various shifts
  • Capable of operating motorized equipment (Fork truck, High Reach, other duties as assigned)
  • Basic understanding of computer programs (i.e. e-mail, data entry, document review)
  • Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Ultimo or SAP.
