Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an onsite plant role in Warminster, PA. You will maintain blending and packaging equipment, valves, pumps, conveyors, and steam systems while ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

The position requires CMMS experience (Ultimo or SAP), the ability to read work orders, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and participate in risk assessments. This is a W2 contract role, 1 year, with daytime M-F shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (Ultimo or SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment including blending, packaging equipment, valves, pumps, conveyors, and steam systems.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized; review and complete work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Provide troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Assess projects and prepare bills of materials for parts and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of replacement parts for production equipment.
• Participate in CoW risk assessments and support continuous improvement of processes.

Maintenance Technician – Warminster, PA (Onsite Plant environment)

W2 contract role – 1 Year

Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain all plant equipment such as blending and packaging equipment, valves, pumps, conveyors, hot oil and steam systems.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and work areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and organized.
• Review, initiate and complete work orders, preventative maintenance, corrective work, and predictive maintenance assignments in a timely manner.
• Provide advance trouble shooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Assess projects and develop a bill of materials for parts and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining an adequate inventory of replacement parts and shop materials to ensure the proper operation of production equipment.
• Take action to identify and prevent problems related to HSSE, Quality and recommend actions towards continuous improvement solutions to improve processes.
• Perform work in skilled areas of fabrication, assembly, welding, cutting and pipefitting.
• Participate in Control of Work (CoW) risk assessments.

Desired Experience

• Capable of operating motorized equipment (Forklift, High Reach, other duties as assigned)
• Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Ultimo or SAP.
