Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leading manufacturer of power equipment and industrial products, is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Sussex, WI. You will join the Maintenance Department supporting Production, Facilities, and Operations with strong troubleshooting and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting PLCs, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and maintaining 5S and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Order parts, manage work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records and 5S standards.
