Your role as Maintenance Technician II is crucial to our success. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient maintenance of the property under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, participating in community activities, and more.

We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance team members will receive a $100 stipend when on-call, in addition to overtime pay. Maintenance team members are also eligible for bonuses up to $250 based on work order completion and make-ready status.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Perform daily repairs and property upkeep.
2. Respond to work orders within 24 hours.
3. Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments.
4. Accurately document service requests.
5. Track inventory and notify supervisors of re-ordering needs.

Qualifying Accomplishments

• Experience in multi-family housing.
• HVAC certification (required).
• Skills in electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Irrigation knowledge.
