Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician II assists with maintaining the community's appearance and maintenance needs. Responsibilities include curb appeal, supporting the Maintenance Manager, coordinating make-readies and move schedules, performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and overseeing construction/rehabilitation projects. The role collaborates with the Maintenance Manager to support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Use of ladders, power tools, hand tools, and maintenance supplies. Office equipment such as computers and smartphones are also used.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications
Physical Requirements
Active role involving standing, walking, lifting over 60 pounds, and various physical activities. Vision and hearing capabilities required for safety and communication.
Working Conditions
Primarily indoor work with exposure to seasonal temperatures, noise, fumes, and mechanical parts. Some outdoor work may be required.
