Maintenance Technician II, The Lemington / The Carina - Pittsburgh, PA
** $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR NEW HIRES **
Under limited supervision, theMaintenance Technician IIperforms various skilled maintenance functions including minor repairs that do not require the need for a license in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, painting, heating/air issues. The Technician in this role will split their time as assigned and support the maintenance functions for 2 of our properties in Pittsburgh, The Lemington and The Carina Apartments.
