Schedule and Location

Full Time, Days shift, located at 529 Lake Estelle Drive, Orlando, FL 32803.

Team and Mission

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, faith-based, mission-focused care to residents and visitors, revolutionizing healthcare in Orlando with state-of-the-art services.

The Role

Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Inspects, tests, and performs repairs on equipment, following established procedures and receiving daily instructions. Assists with general maintenance tasks related to the facility and supports other trades as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Perform essential repairs as requested.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair system malfunctions on all equipment under supervision.
• Coordinate and perform testing of systems as required by codes.
• Respond promptly to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license in-state
