Job summary

Vinson Hall is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform services across the community, residents, staff and surrounding grounds in McLean, VA. The role starts with under-general supervision and focuses on maintenance tasks in a premier retirement community.

Base pay is $26.00 per hour, with full-time, non-exempt employment. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years in building/construction, with HVAC, electrical, painting and plumbing experience preferred; licenses
