Job summary

PAI Pharma is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Greenville, SC to support manufacturing lines with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and changeovers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of manufacturing and maintenance experience, the ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, and strong communication to mentor junior technicians and collaborate with the crew.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years maintenance experience.
• Basic ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Advanced ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Intermediate understanding of electrical.
• Ability to troubleshoot intermediate mechanical issues.
• Ability to navigate HMIs and begin changing machine set points.
• Can perform all line and product changeovers in assigned building.
• Can bring all lines back to a run ready state in assigned building.
• Leads other junior technicians with line changeovers.
• Mentors and guides all set-up and apprentice technicians.
• Can complete assigned equipment PMs on time without assistance.
• Can plan and execute minor line improvements and modifications.
• Downtime over 15 minutes must be escalated to MTL.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead line changeovers and bring lines to run-ready state.
• Mentor setup and apprentice technicians during operations.
• Perform assigned equipment preventive maintenance on schedule.
• Plan minor line improvements and modifications for efficiency.
• Escalate downtime >15 minutes to Maintenance Team Leader.
