Job summary

Pharmaceutical Associates, Inc. is seeking technic ians for C Shift (12 hours) to support manufacturing lines in Greenville, SC. Candidates should have 1–2 years manufacturing and 2–3 years multi-craft maintenance experience, with strong ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and basic electrical concepts.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years manufacturing experience and 2–3 years multi-craft maintenance experience.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics with basic electrical understanding.
• Strong hands-on tool skills and proper use of all hand and shop tools.
• Ability to navigate HMIs and adjust machine set points, with run-ready line resets.

Responsibilities

• Perform line changeovers and bring lines to a run-ready state in assigned building.
• Lead junior technicians during line changeovers and support apprentices.
• Mentor setup staff and ensure timely completion of equipment PMs.
• Plan and execute minor line improvements and modifications.
• Escalate downtime longer than 15 minutes to MTL and collaborate with peers.
