Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to ALVM’s success. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance of the property under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Responsibilities include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company-sponsored activities.

We offer a new bonus structure: a $100 stipend when on-call (plus overtime), and bonuses up to $250 based on make-ready status and work order completion.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and property upkeep
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments
• Document service requests accurately and timely
• Track inventory used and notify the supervisor for reordering

Qualifying Accomplishments

• Experience in multi-family housing
• HVAC certification (required)
• Electrical and plumbing skills and troubleshooting ability
• Irrigation knowledge
