LBU Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to keep clinic facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will perform maintenance, repairs, painting, drywall, and room setups, contributing to a reliable and welcoming environment for staff and patients.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of maintenance experience or 3+ years with trade school certification, plus an associate’s degree or related training.

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and light construction tasks to keep all clinic buildings safe, functional, and in excellent condition. You will complete daily building checks, respond to work orders, repair fixtures and equipment, and handle minor mechanical and plumbing issues. You will perform drywall installation and repair, interior and exterior painting, and general handyman work. You’ll support room setups, maintain inventory logs, change HVAC filters, assist vendors on‑site, and ensure facilities remain clean, organized, and ready for staff and patient use.
