How You’ll Shine: $16/hr / Full Time / Amazing Team / Meaningful Benefits

As a Maintenance Tech I, you’ll make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests through your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficient production.
• Handle service requests and repairs such as painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic repair knowledge for fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Maintain outside landscape, including trash removal and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems, report deficiencies, and adhere to safety programs.

What You’ll Bring:

• A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others.
• Basic handyman skills.
