Panasonic Energy is hiring a Maintenance Technician - Conversion to modify and adjust production equipment for new product models and ensure safe, efficient operation. You will perform mechanical and electrical updates, troubleshoot issues, and follow SOPs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This onsite role emphasizes preventative maintenance, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with operators to maximize line efficiency while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have working-level English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modify mechanical and electrical hardware to support new product models.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect equipment for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust machines as needed.
• Follow SOPs and assist with operator tasks when required.
• Document all maintenance work and maintain accurate records.
