Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment at our Wisconsin location. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, inspect machinery, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires using hand tools, basic electronics, hydraulics knowledge, and ability to read schematics. Onsite schedule is M–Th, 6:00am–4:30pm, with a focus on reliability and safety in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• Operate a variety of hand tools and understand mechanical processes.
• Basic electronics knowledge and hydraulics understanding.
• Read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install new production machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose machinery to locate malfunctions.
• Repair, replace parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work areas.
