Job summary

APHENA PHARMA SOLUTIONS-TENNESSEE LLC in Cookeville, TN is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment and support equipment setup for a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

The role includes 12-hour rotating shifts (2/2/3) with day and night blocks, a $1.50/hr night differential, and overtime as needed. Competitive benefits cover medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Maintenance apprenticeship, technical training, or equivalent experience.
Experience with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing production and facility equipment.
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
Installing, relocating, and setting up equipment.
Supporting production by assisting with equipment setup and training operators.
Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Working with PLC-controlled equipment (experience with PLCs and ladder logic is a plus).
Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Following all safety, quality, and GMP standards.
Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
