Job summary

Qualified Staffing – Cookeville is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our Lebanon, TN operation. This full-time role covers preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment, with A and B shifts available.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, read manuals and diagrams, and document work in CMMS while following safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, responding to breakdowns, and helping minimize production downtime while supporting safe and reliable operations.

Available Shift Schedules

A Shift

• Sunday–Tuesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM

B Shift

• Wednesday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Thursday–Saturday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
