Job summary

IFF is seeking a maintenance helper to assist across mechanical, electrical, civil, and other trades at our Madison, WI site. You will help assemble and transport materials handling equipment and support installation, maintenance, and repair of plant and office equipment.

Responsibilities include site prep work, drain cleaning, concrete work, and simple tools usage. Training will cover routine lubrication and wiring tasks as needed, supporting a broad set of maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting maintenance personnel in mechanical or electrical trades.
• Ability to operate and handle basic hand tools.
• Wamiliarity with routine maintenance tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical plant and office equipment.
• Carry out site preparations and support activities such as drain cleaning, concrete laying, partitioning, and shuttering erection.
• Support routine lubrication and simple assembly tasks across trades.
