Trinity Property Consultants in Ann Arbor, MI, is looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site maintenance team. You will support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills to advance within multifamily maintenance.

The role requires 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, basic exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a high school diploma or GED.

Competenze

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
