Trinity Property Consultants in Michigan seeks a Maintenance Technician I to join our property care team. You will perform routine maintenance, handle make-ready tasks, and support safety and compliance while building essential trade skills for advancement.

The role offers Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an on-call rotation, $20–$24 per hour depending on experience, and opportunities for lease renewal bonuses as you contribute to vibrant communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols; maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Complete required training and compliance courses.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
