Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a skilled GNA Maintenance Tech 1 to support maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and machine systems. The role involves troubleshooting drives, motors, and machine malfunctions, operating personnel lifts and forklifts, and fabricating parts as needed to sustain production.

Ideal candidates will have welding and industrial electricity experience, be comfortable reading blueprints, and follow safety practices and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine components, drives, and motors.
• Operate lifts and forklifts safely.
• Repair and adapt equipment such as lines, switches, belts, guards.
• Fabricate parts from wood, metal, or Plexiglas.
• Maintain inventory and use CMMS for parts and work orders.
• Install new equipment to meet production needs.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and 5S practices.
