Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform major equipment repairs, upgrades and PMs in warehouse and packaging environments. The role covers MHE repairs, PLC troubleshooting, robotics support, and electrical/mechanical systems maintenance.

The position offers multiple shifts and opportunity to work with cutting-edge material-handling technologies, including ABB and Fanuc robotics, as well as exposure to networked cameras and PLCs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse maintenance, including equipment repairs, MHE repairs, and PMs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, such as forklifts, conveyors, and other operational equipment.
• 1+ years of experience in a production environment; 1+ years as Industrial Mechanic or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and related ladder logic.
• Perform PMs on high-speed packaging equipment and MHE.
• Support robotics, AGVs and other material handling technologies.
• Inspect, repair and replace mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components as needed.
