Job summary

The Lakeland Monroe Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep injection molding machines and related systems running at peak efficiency. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues, and support equipment reliability across the plant.

You will read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and maintain records while following safety protocols. Experience in injection molding and robotics is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Proven maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on molding machines, auxiliary equipment, compressors, and dryers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret operational information, timing charts, and flow charts.
• Use meters to measure voltage, temperature, current, and air flow.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and status of equipment.
• Provide technical support to production staff and participate in safety trainings.
