Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at levels I–III to provide general maintenance for rental housing. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related systems, document work, and assist in preparing vacated units.
The role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and driving for company business when required. The position requires 1–3 years in building maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.
Hiring for Maintenance Technicians at all levels: I, II, and III
The Maintenance Technician will provide general maintenance to rental housing. This position may also perform work to get rental units ready during change of occupancy. This role is a valuable member of the maintenance team and is responsible for checking, troubleshooting, making, and documenting routine repairs in the following areas: air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas. Will frequently work outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight spaces, depending on the maintenance requirement.
