The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of maintenance experience, plus basic math, Excel skills and reliable attendance. You will work with a team to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or facilities setting.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Working knowledge of electricity, hydraulics and plumbing.
• Self-directed, well organized with good attendance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs safely.
• Install and repair piping for water, air and fluids; service pumps and related equipment.
• Assist in setup of new equipment and perform routine inspections.
• Keep maintenance records and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
