Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance on villa systems.
• Ability to respond quickly to guest repair requests while maintaining professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform villa care preventive maintenance tasks (painting, basic repairs, lightbulbs).
• Perform minor building repairs as assigned.
• Respond to guest repair requests in a timely, polite manner.
• Maintain inventory related to general engineering tasks.
• Participate in safety and technical trainings as applicable.
