The role requires 1+ year of related experience, beginner exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a high school diploma or GED. Expect a regular M-F schedule with on-call rotations and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
