Job summary

The Martino Group in Denton, TX is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to support the Class-A property portfolio. The typical schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call nights, weekends and holidays.

As a Maintenance Technician, you perform routine and preventative tasks, interior/exterior painting, repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, and ensure all systems function while delivering excellent resident service and keeping properties up to The Martino Group

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience in property management.
• Painting experience preferred.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to the property.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Repairs such as sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Replace light bulbs and check emergency lighting.
• Check and repair entry gates/doors as needed.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete all make-ready maintenance to The Martino Group standards.
• Touch-up paint and ensure appliances function.
